There is no practice tonight (Wed., March 10th) at PA for the 18U girls team.

Our team & club photo shoot has been scheduled for Sunday, March 28th.

Schedule for photos:
U14 – 5:30 PM
U15 – 5:50 PM
U16 – 6:10 PM
U18 – 6:30 PM
Club – 6:50 PM

U16/18 Exhibition Match to follow from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

All players and coaches should have on their “Laker Nation” t-shirts and all the girls should have their uniforms.

I will be taking team photos, individual photos and one big club photo.

We ask all players and coaches be there with plenty of time to spare (so you can fix your hair)! We have a limited time to get all these photos done.

Pricing is still being worked out and this post will be updating once I have that information.

The 2010 Subway Atlantic University Sport Women’s Volleyball Championship will be hosted by Saint Mary’s University, February 19-21, 2010.

The championship schedule is as follows:

Friday, February 19th
Quarter-final #1: Acadia (3rd) vs. Dalhousie (6th), 6:00pm
Quarter-final #2: UNB (4th) vs. Cape Breton (5th), 8:00pm

Saturday, February 20th
Semifinal #1: StFX (1st) vs. Lowest Remaining Seed, 4:30pm
Semifinal #2: Saint Mary’s (2nd) vs. Highest Remaining Seed, 7:00pm

Sunday, February 21st
Championship Game: Semifinal Winners, 2:00pm

The Atlantic University Sport champion will advance to the 2010 CIS Women’s Volleyball Championship, March 5-7, 2010, hosted by the University of Alberta.

A canteen will be available on both days will a good variety of items including everyone’s favourites - chili, rice & meatballs, grilled cheese, lots of fruit and vegetables and more. There will also be a variety of volleyball clothing, including t-shirts, track pants, yoga pants, and hoodies, for sale for everyone.
